Specific Information Collection Activities

“Join Our Green Directory” Function. To get listed in the “Green Directory” users must necessarily represent a green business. To do so, users are asked to provide certain personal and business information to be shared. This information includes the user’s name, business name, business description, product or service description, green business category (to be selected), email address, phone number, location and, depending on which directory method the user chooses, free or paid functions. If the user chooses the “free” function, it will be limited to add only a logo, a picture, a document and a video (up to 25 MB). If the user chooses the “paid” functions, it will be possible to add more pictures, documents, videos and / or the post will be featured on the top of the listings. The listing will be published only after the website administrator has checked, edited (if necessary) and verified.
“Green Business Users“ Function. This button is for the green businesses who have already registered. They can login and correct the information at any time. The listing will be published only after the website administrator has checked, edited (if necessary) and verified.
“Users” Function. This button is for the standard users to be able to rate the Green Businesses (Share to social Media, Report, Claim and Add to Favourite). To do so, the users must register first and then login.
“Contact Us” Function. Some pages on our sites offer users the opportunity to email “EcoStimule” about specific issues. To do so, users are asked to provide certain personal information to facilitate these communications. This information often includes the user’s name, email address, and, depending on which contact method the user chooses, postal address. This information is used to create a template letter or message from the user to the organization or company and, if the user chooses to email the message using our automated function, it will include the user’s email address to as part of the email message. This provides the organization or company a way to respond to users regarding the content of the message.
“Subscribe to EcoStimule Newsletter for free” Function. To subscribe to email newsletters offered by “EcoStimule”, users are asked to provide certain personal information. This information includes the user’s name and email address. This information is used exclusively to fulfill requests related to your email newsletter subscription and to keep updated on any activity of “EcoStimule”.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your payment within 14 days starting from the moment of the payment. You must give us a written notice of cancellation (contact details are on the website). In the event of cancellation within this period, we will refund the sum of money for the days for which we haven’t provided any service. After the confirmation of the Refund and Cancelation Policy, you will be refunded within 5 working days.

“EcoStimule” does carry advertising on the site, but only relating to the Green Economy. That is, “EcoStimule” accepts orders for advertising from only green businesses representing eco / bio production and / or eco services.
