
National Academy of Sciences of Armenia on Amulsar Project
National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia informs that on September 3rd they received an official letter from RA Minister of Environment Erik Grigoryan requesting to instruct Nalbandian Institute of Chemical Physics to provide an opinion on the completeness of the environmental impact assessment of the Amulsar mine just in one day.
RA National Academy of Sciences mentions that it is impossible to provide a complete scientific opinion on the Amulsar project within the prescribed period considering the large volume of project documentation and the wide range of issues.
RA National Academy of Sciences is ready to provide scientific opinion on Amulsar documents only within reasonable deadlines.
